When I travelled to Copenhagen in 2006 I decided to visit the Faroe Islands (a Danish Autonomous Province) as soon as possible. I already knew them thanks to my worldwide telephone cards collection I use to keep when I was a teenager. This summer, after 3 years of postponements, finally I visited these breathtaking islands, secluded in the North Atlantic Ocean, where nature still reigns unspoiled.

I continued my travel visiting Estonia, after my beautiful experiences in Latvia (2006) and Lithuania (2007). Then I ended my holidays with a daily excursion to Helsinki which is only 2 hours by ferry from Tallinn.
